well I landed switch and I was all hunched over becuase I suck and I tried a 180 japan and I did the japan part a little too late. so I jerked all forlward and well, I am not really sure what happened exactly all I know is that my leg tried to pull my foot out of my boot and now if I bend my left leg more than a right angle this tenedin (or somthing) pops out (on the outside side of my left ankle) and it is really weird but it doesn't hurt much at all. has this happened to anyone else? how quickly did it go away? should I have a doctor see it even though it is not really that bad?
also, I have a fucking suggestion to myself, that is: I think I should stop sucking! -I mean serously getting hurt becasue of doing a freeken tiney ass 180!

Landing switch always messes with my ankles. I have weak ankles anyway. (I busted both of them about 4 years ago snowboarding) If i land hard, and leaning too far forward, then it feels like i'm lifting out my boot. ALways seems to be like that, no matter how hard my boots are.

is your ankle swollen? i had something kinda similar and the doctor said the tendon is not staying in place cause of swelling but would go back to normal after swelling is gone.

i dislocated my ankle last summer. the tendon in the back/inside of my ankle kills after a day of skiing, especially after i screw up a switch landing. ice it man, it helps so much. and if you keep doing it you learn to always land switch better so you don;t keep hurting it.
