Replying to Sending back Amada Skis
So, heres the dealio. One of my friend semi-broke a pair of Armada Ar6's, and wants to send back to the company for a replacement or reimbursement.
I have done the same with K2 and Volkl, and they both gave me some form of replacement more than satisfactory, and this leads to my question. Has anyone ever sent skis back to Armada, and are they cool about it? Share your good/bad experiences so I can get an idea of it.
