Here is the box and rail i made

The box is about 10 in wide and 10 ft long and the top layer is PVC pipe

The rail is solid Steel with lots of Cholate skate wax on it and it is about 8 ft long

All comments and suggestions wanted

they are not screws they are the small holes drilled to put the screw through to hold the pipe down u understand

The box looks fun but you should ditch the short rusty rail. All the rail is doing is providing something to make eating shit on the box ten times worse.

You can't do much with 10 feet... or anything with 8 feet. You should have made them at least twice as long.

anything over 10ft is a bitch to drive back from the store, but i agree

i'd recommend some supports to prevent it from collapsing the long way. if you clip the front while spinning on or fall onto it directly there's a good chance itll flatten. (happened to me this weekend)

thanks but it had 4 legs and 2 2x4's making up one leg in the snow with prolly some 40 lbs sandbags on it i think it should be sturdy enough

It not really that big but i got prolly around 3 full 55 gallons of snow.  I dumped out the snow out of one cans then form it and fertilize it, dump out the snow again and fertilize it and repeat.  I dont smack it too much with the shovel just rub the shovel with pressure.  Also  I always make the jump wider then it should be.  I let it sit till it gets firm and then shape it to make it look nice and then shred.

i meant it as the screws/nails will rip out from the panel with the pipes on it, the rail will be stable when sitting i just meant once there's friction and a force pushing it the long way

that box looks exactly like mine. The outer PVC pipes kept breaking until i smartened up and just put two ggalvanized steep pipes on the outer edges, and now its perfect, id suggest you spend 10 bucks and do the same, or you're  just going to break the outer pipes.
