if there is some sort of press or nollie involved i think it's fine but otherwise i think it's pretty dumb but fun to do when you're just messing around
I understand that going on straight and then edging real hard into a roation is difficult and I respect that. i am talking about going on straight and sitting on the tails of your skis and doing nothing else while wearing a 3xl tee.
I don't slide rails on my powder skis, so when I am on my way to the bottom of the hill I go through the park and just hit the boxes straight on so my edges don't touch the rails... but at least I 180 out in a smooth like manner...
I'll usually hit boxes straight on my first run of the day just to make sure they're chill, but I usually hit them at full speed and just sort of tap them.
i know its a bit offtopic but until now it has been my reason to go straight on boxes.
so is there any difference in how much boxes and rails affect your edges? i mean boxes' surfaces are made of pvc.. id like to be able to use them all mtn so i need edges ;)
