ski pole/ monopod

Has anyone rigged up something to hook their camera to their ski pole and used it like a monopod? Is their something you can buy?

the gitzo is a walking stick. I want a ski pole. I suppose I could figure a way to stick a bolt out of the handle that I could just screw the handle on.

i made one, just bought a cheap tripod from walmart and mounted the top part to my pole.

i was thinking about it, but you would have to get one of the double ended screws you know, and then it would have to be the right thread size for the cam and the pole too

take your grip off your ski pole, put a 8/32 bolt in it... there you go. im doing that now

probaly have to take the basket off of the pole tho cus i doubt 2 inches in the snow will hold a camera
