Replying to My getboards.com story

this holiday season i decided to buy a couple jiberish hoodies. one for me and one for my brother.mine came and my brothers did not.  they charged my credit card but there was no item included. the date is now december 22nd and i am trying to contact getboards by email and phone.  when i try to call the place the answering machine said that they were not accepting calls for the holidays.finally they answered my emails and said that they would send the hoodie via fedex next day air and that they had one more hoodie laying around the office and it would be at my house for Christmas.  The hoodie just arrived at my house OVER A WEEK AFTER CHRISTMAS and IT IS NOT IN NEW CONDITION!  there is noticable wear around the cuffs and dirt on the hoodie itself.  tags were not included either.  i might get alot of shit about searchbar and what not but i reallly dont care because i made this thread to make people aware.  Although they made an effort to make it right by sending it next day air to have it under the Christmas tree, they did not fullfill their promise of that it arrived via economy ground and is in USED condition. I expect more when i drop 70 plus dollars on a hoodie. i expect them at least to send the correct color!
