this holiday season i decided to buy a couple jiberish hoodies. one for me and one for my brother.mine came and my brothers did not.  they charged my credit card but there was no item included. the date is now december 22nd and i am trying to contact getboards by email and phone.  when i try to call the place the answering machine said that they were not accepting calls for the holidays.finally they answered my emails and said that they would send the hoodie via fedex next day air and that they had one more hoodie laying around the office and it would be at my house for Christmas.  The hoodie just arrived at my house OVER A WEEK AFTER CHRISTMAS and IT IS NOT IN NEW CONDITION!  there is noticable wear around the cuffs and dirt on the hoodie itself.  tags were not included either.  i might get alot of shit about searchbar and what not but i reallly dont care because i made this thread to make people aware.  Although they made an effort to make it right by sending it next day air to have it under the Christmas tree, they did not fullfill their promise of that it arrived via economy ground and is in USED condition. I expect more when i drop 70 plus dollars on a hoodie. i expect them at least to send the correct color!

so call them up, tell them this never shoulda happened in the first place, then tell them you got it a week after they said they would send the REPLACEMENT, and that they sent you a used hoody. tell them you want a brand new one, next day air, and you definitely want a discount on it. they should do it, most places would

Im glad i decided to order from abstractmall.. I just hope they dont fuck up, some people have been having bad service from them too... seems like the only two places that sells Jiberish clothes that actually DO rock is www.jibij.com and www.rippit.no (the latter has been tested and I got mine 2 days after ordering)

sorry to hear about your bad service, you should deff demand a new hoodie and some shwag ! I would demand a new hoodie, and would claim the used hoodie for the inconvenience they put me through.. dude, if it was a gift to your brother for christmas then they fucked up your christmas pleasure aswell, because you DID order in due time to get the gift in time for christmas, and they try to trick you when they fucked up and didn't send you the hoodie the first time. they should get served ! ohh, and if that doesn't work, use the faulty american legal system and sue their ass to mars :D (no hate towards americans, they have so many people that you cant expect that their legal and health system be perfect :) )

and yo getting a worn hoodie without tags is so not exceptable. make a big deal about it and you should get a free hoodie out of it. thats just bullshit I cant believe they would do that.

You would think that after hundreds of complaints over a few years, Getboards might realise that their reputation is possibly the worst of any online store. It doesn't take much to keep a good rep. Fuck, they should really learn from their mistakes

And Getboards has one of the lower ratings by the Better Business Bureau, so yeah, I'm not gonna end up buying anything there...
