Nose pressing

how do you do them.


I have the Salomon thrusters 07 and Rossignol SAS wide ski bindings.


could I nose press with those

also with or with out poles

learn them on boxes much easier a nice low long flat one and just jump on normally then shift ur skis out from under you to the noses if that makes sesne and just lean over them a bit and start off small then work on gettin them farther and farther out
