where to go???

hey
i got 40 days of skiing to organise and i got a tiket to L.A but got no idea of where to ski i have been to mammoth, whistler and aspen and want to go somewhere different mabye a small no-name resort with a hell of alot of powder.
i want steeps mostly so the park is not that important. i want to make a movie while i am over there so weather is kind of imporortant but not cucial. any ideas let me know tanks

your best bet for good weather is probably going to be Cali. unless you are coming up later in towards the spring.

jackson has an insane backcountry, 3000 acres through gate access of the tram. Weather can be sketchy but if youre there forty days youll find some sunny powder days for filiming and you can head over to targee which is emptier, also alta is ussually pretty empty and amazing. Kicking horse is real good they dont have any lifts really right now, when i went they forgot to buy enough cars for there gondola so the line for it was a bitch but i think they fixed that and the mountains sweet, they have good snowfall i think this year too.

psh, childs play, go to Mt. Baker. in Washington. over a 80 inch base their opening day, and at 100+ right now at the base. set a world record for NATURAL snowfall at 1,144 inches a couple years ago. pow everywhere
