ive noticed lately that i cant concentrate on anything, unless its skiing, i think that the fact that im a senior in high school and that i want out desperatly might have something to do with it, do you guys ever catch yourself totally day dreaming about skiing? or am i the only one who does this, am i just really weird?

no i have really developed ski ADD. no matter where i am, the slightest thing will remind me of it and ill start thinking of rails and shit until my teaacher yells at me and i look like an idiot in front of the class and then five minutes later it happens again..sucks soemtimes...

ya ive got it to, im in college now and sometimes i seem to skip class and just go skiing, once we set um a rail on campus and jibbed it in the middle of school, now thats fun

i deffinetly got it. me and a couple other kids in my school are the only ones that ski, and its all we talk about. i just sit there in class and think about the upcoming weekend when i can go up north and get on the hill...

yah, i go to a school called cva, it's a ski school, u have 2 claases in the morning, ski for four hours every day then come down at like 3:00 to do 2 more classes. it's really sick, it cured my ski ADD

When I am driving I see hills that would be great to build jumps on and perfect rails. I dont think a day goes by when I dont look at something and wonder if it could be jumped, jibbed, or skied on.

i get into these zones where i just stare at nothing and i can't see what im looking at because the pictures in my mind are all i can see.. then after a couple minutes i click back into reality and i like jump sometimes and everyone is like yo what the fuck dude

^^people who dont ski... yeah, im the only one at my school who is a serious skier, the only other people who have even heard of tanner hall for instance is my friend who watched happy dayz with me, and everyone gets annoyed when i start to talk about skiing

let's just say... I've been known to do homework with my Ski Boots on. Also last weekend it got really icy and snowed a bit. Living in a suburb of Chicago, there aren't any hills or mountains. So I found an old pair of skis at a 'play it again sports' for 20 bucks.... Adjusted my bindings, tied a rope to the back of my friends car, and cruised around town before the streets got salted.

im sure that if any kid now days was tested for ADD they would all test positive, thats the problems with TV and video games, in the long run they cause ADD, just look at me im the perfect example....... mmmmmm look over there, cookies......

Who doesn't...right now I' sitting at my desk at work (luckily they let me access this site thorugh the firewall)..my boss is gone, and I can put off most of my work until later since things slow down for the holidays...all I seem to have done in the last little while is do sfa at work waiting for skiing reading about skiing on the net...as a matter of fact, I think I've read every online article from every ski magazine archive on the net....gotta get out of here and get to the snow...(should leave early this afternoon...so the countdown begins)

No, your safe. 'cept I dont think I am as bad as you... In my locker at shool, it is strictly skiing stuff. I made this mad crazy collage that is hanging there with ALL kind of skiing related things, and people, and sponsers, and all that fun stuff. I also have posters of Jon Olsson (i am obcessed with jon) in my locker and on the cover of my assignment book. But my brothers are MUCH worse. They have skiing fever. Even whenever i say a certain phrase, they will come up with a song from their skiing movies to go with it... or that includes that phrase. Sheesh! it's crazy. But yeah it's definitely not just you.

so the moral of the story is that we all love skiing so much that our normal life has stopped mattering. at least we have our priorities straight, right fellas!

haha this is a great post. It's all i can think about.. You know how they say guy's think about chicks every 6 seconds (or something like that), we'll i think about skiing wayy more than i think about chicks.. and, let me tell you, i loveeee chicks.. It's not as bad once i get to ski a lot, but the season hasnt really started up full throttle yet..

dude, i know! i ride with some of my friends who are always like, 'lets try to get on the lift with some hot chicks.' and im like 'no way, im going skiing, i can find chicks at school, later' and then i leave and have the best day skiing in the history of skiing. P.S. im super happy, my new MOJO's came in the mail today!!!!

I have both real and ski ADD, and both suck, well kinda. I get like straight c's and Im still going to a CSU and I sit in my boring classes and look at back issues of Freeze cuz my parents are cheap enough that they wont renew my subscription.
