Racer Kids

Ok so I dont want this to make me look like I hate on racers but some of the things they do just piss me off. I was skiing the only lift open at Heavenly today because the other lifts were on wind hold. Its hella icy and a little crowded on the run. Basically if you go anything over ten miles an hour it takes 20ft. to stop. Well anyway A group of racer kids probally about 15 or 16 come bombing down the hill.WIth little or regard for the other people's safety.

Whatt are your thoughts on this?

their edges are so sharp and they're so used to going fast that they're in control and can stop quickly. you sound like a ski patrol person...

its not that there racers, its that there fagget ass kids. you can have cool kids who are racers (i know many), or you could, by chance, have a cock head kid who happens to race.

Seeing as how they're racers they probably have properly tuned edges and their realm of control in icy conditions is going to be higher than yours (no offense) If they were out of control you should have said something to them. Otherwise you sound like an angry mom skiing with her kids.

man leave them alone u know how many sick park skiers came from racing. plus agreed they have sharp enough edges and as long as they're under control who gives a shit. they could say the same about you skiing park and being out of control so leave em alone.

as east coast born and raised, everyday is like that. in fact today was icy as shit at gore . i have a couple of racer friends and theyve helped me improve my skiing oustide the park alot. and going fast is really damn fun
