13 years is probably a type 3+ right?  If so it should be 10 because I am of similar size.  Check first for sure though, you don't want to fuck around with it until you are positive.

I'm 175 lbs, 6 ft tall and have been skiing 14 years. I ride a 9 DIN. But could prob bump it up. I have bigger feet though (huge, I wear a size 15 shoe. my boots say 365 on the bottom lol- the shop guy laughed), so its lower than it would be for you.

As a type 3 skier on Salomon or Look bindings you are looking at a setting of 8.5
