Alright, so i didnt get anything for Hannukah, and my brithday is coming up on the 19th. I basically have all the ski gear i need. I have an ipod, i have a computer, i have clothes, so what should i ask for? i think it could be pretty big since its like a combination present. Im turn 16.

GIMME YOUR IDEAS!!!

my new skis are my park/all mountain skis, and theres not enough powder in the east to get pow skis, haha
skis are out of the question, even as much as i would want them

eh it sounds like you don't want anything in particular so here's an idea: why don't you ask your parents to donate the money they would spend on you to the charity of your choice. that way someone less fortunate could benefit from your parents generosity. my family is pretty into this at Christmas time and everyone feels good about it in the end.

just an idea...don't rip me a new one for this.

d line. i'd get a lot of shit for it, theres one kid that has it, everything thinks hes a homo. and you cant get a tinted one anyway, its against the rules because if you get hurt, a trainer need to be able to see your eyes without removing your helmet. otherwise, i would get like fire irdium oakley visor for lacrosse, that thing looks soooooo baller

you say you have a car planned out... do you have it? or are you planning on buying it?

and do you parents already have something for you?

what about magazine subscriptions?? i mean you can never have to many magazines to read/look at the awesome pictures... AND its a good substitute for books so its educational to....

and i don't think it's the trainers reason for not getting tinted, i think its more of the rules because if they were tinted you can put anyone in the helmet, so yes seeing the eyes is a part of it.

i dont do magazines really

Computer? - got one

Base Layers? - good on ski gear
Stickers? - dont do stickers
Pool Table? - have one, an old b day present for my brother
Ski Movies? - i get a ton free, dont ask
Vinyl Cutter? (They actually are pretty cheap, & you can make any kind of die-cut you want on the comp) - sounds pretty sick, but im still not a huge sticker guy
Backyard snowmaker? (cuz of your lack of snow at your area) - that would be cool, but i was planning on making one with my dads power washer
Ski waxing/Tuning kit? - i wax my own skis, could probably use a real iron though (using a clothes iron) and maybe a tuner kit
Ski trip somewhere? - got those planned out

ehhh, i dont really have everything though. like people in my town actaully have everything, so much more than i have. they get everything new, they pay full price and all. Im really froogle about it. and like, they would get some stupid shit for their present, i want something useful. it could cost 10 dollars but if it will be usful, then yeah. and i have two brothers, and they are both in college so i get a ton of their stuff.

and the ski movies, torrents (shhh, keep it on the DL) but i cant get anything i want really, it sucks that more people dont torrent ski movies, theres a limited amount to what i get, but i dont pay for movies or music anymore. And dont give me shit for it, i ahve over 9k songs, you expect me to drop $9,000? trust me, i dont have to fund 90% of the artists, their multimillionairs. when they give a shit about me, i will give a shit about them

I must be a noob. I know about the site BitTorrent but what exactly is a torrent? As far as music I've got probably $4000 worth that I haven't paid for haha. I have the Rhapsody to go subscription and a protected music converter.

so you use the sites to find the torrents (my favorite is thepiratebay.com), then you need a downloader, i use utorrent. so you get the torrent file and download it using utorrent. but its kinda more complicated than that.

went to New Zealand this summer, it was amazing, and i visited my brother in Istambul Turkey cuz he went to school there for a semester, i think im all tapped out on trips

I am very confused about this thread. Based on the amount of good ideas in this thread, and your inability to see any good in any of them, it seems as though you are just making a thread to brag about the shit that you have...

So why don't you stop incessantly bumping this thread with posts like "Nah, I am all traveled out" or "Ehh, I have too much ski gear" and figure out what the fuck you want.

As my contribution to the thread: I for one think you should go with the person's idea that said you should get lube and black dildos.

im looking for ideas. im not bragging. i guarantee you have twice as much ski stuff as me, you probably go skiing 30 more days a season than i do, putting you at like 40 days. fuck, if i could use my birthday present to get to go skiing 40 days a season, i would in a second, but i cant. i dont wanna waste it on ski gear like you probably do, i dont need 4 different retarded looking long ass jackets to make me look like a stupid ass thug.

you guys are suggesting all stuff thats like luxury, i dont need that, i what something useful and maybe you guys know something

so why are you here? how does this effect you? is there a reason you have to chime in with your stupid remarks? if you dont like the thread, then get the fuck out.

wow man, thats low. support the ski industry by actually buying the movies. do you know how much time/effort a company puts into their movies? other movies i could care less if you torrent, but comon, ski movies? really?

a nice gps comes in handy, cop radar, headlamp, a few folding knifes, google dynaflex you will get better at like all sports with 1, a driver for golf driving ranges, ps3 if u wanna play games wit ur friends + watch blu ray, get a vast array of exotic tea and get a tea stick (google it)

if you dont want any of that... invest :D

you already paid for skis and bindings with your own $, so just get your parents to cover what you already paid for, like them buying you skis or whatever.

If you've been thinking this hard and nothing's coming up, maybe you should consider charity or something similar.  I can see asking for something that you really want, but if you're asking NS and still can't find anything you need, then perhaps you should donate your money to people in need.  Just a suggestion.

but seriously you should definatly get a satilite radio they are so worth it and you will always use it when you drive, that or a gps but xm would be better....
