Does newschoolers slow down your computer?

I was wondering if it only happens to me or what.  Everytime im on newschoolers it always freezes up my browser and i have to close it and start over, this happens alot and my friend said it happens to him.  So i was wondering if this ever happens to any of you?

Word.
I have a mac and I love it but I never go around telling everyone else to get one.  Most people who know a ton about computers get a pc to customize it and stuff.  I don't know too much about computers but love my mac but I realize a lot of it is just personal preference.
