Hot Lunch Ipod Format?

I don't think there is an ipod version of the joystick team video Hot Lunch but i could be mistaken.
if I'm right could someone who has a program to convert videos into a format accepted by ipod run it through there for me? much thanks

what filetype is your hot lunch vid?? if its .mp4 or.h264 you wont need to convert it
