Name my fishing business

My cousin and I are starting up a fishing business as in we catch fish sell that to fisheries and every once in awhile well charter some people. Were stuck on a name though, so you get to name it. My names Joe Burchard, his name is Sam Wedge so we were thinking just simply sam & joe's fishing but thats pretty lame come up with something sick NS.

name it like, "the big one" or something, something related to fishing lore, that almost anyone can get, "big fish", "line snappers", something catchy (line snappers, you help them catch fish that are so big the line threatens to snap, get it ha...lame i know im trying to help)
