Replying to Avoiding shin bang
I have this problem every year and it always ends up kicking my ass by the end of the year. I have good soft boots that were fitted to me pretty well but whether im jumping or just riding hard they always end up swelling up pretty bad. Will a booster strap help a lot? I ride with them loose and it doesnt seem to swell as quickly but I believe thats bad for jumping regardless. When I ride with my boots tight they really make my legs muscles cramp up pretty badly, so if I have a booster strap won't it be pretty tight?
