That isn't a virus. There is a program somewhere in your computer that starts the program whenever it connects to the internet. Find the program and delete it.

For some wierd reason, the average person has it in their head that since it is an older version of windows, it runs faster. I kid you not, all my friends think that too.
If he has Win95 chances are that your computer probably won't handle Win2k, I'd find a copy of 98 Second Edition (which is STILL supported by MS, regular 98 is the one they stopped supporting) and install that, also installing any hotfixes/patches/windows updates after that.

Ok well since you guys figured out his problem, maybe you can help me with mine. I can't get onto my computer. When I start the comp it goes all fine and takes me to the screen where you choose the user you want to log on to (I have XP Home) but when I click my name I get a little box that pops up and has no title just a yes or no button. Regardless of which one I click, I gives me the welcome music and then gives me the good bye music and just brings me to the screen again. It doesn't even load my desktop. I've been able to log on to the administrator's thing through safe mode and run norton and it found 33 infected files but then I guess it fixed/deleted them and when I ran it again it didn't have anything. I'm the only user of the comp so I don't know if it is just my user or if it is the comp. Any help?

Try deleting your user account from the admin account then add it again. Make sure to back up all your files in My Documents. Also, grab adaware from www.lavasoftusa.com and run that. If that doesn't work, I'd do a reinstall of Xp, its not that hard and takes only like 30 minutes at the most.
