Tremblant parks??

im going up to Mont Tremblant in quebec to ride all next week.
the site doesnt say too much promising bout the park situation at the moment.
anyone have the low down on how things are looking??
im really hoping they have their big park setup by the time i get there.
their setup last winter break was dope

eh i really doubt there will be big jumps by next week since it rained for 2 days strait and it hasnt snowed much since. I don't know how it is for now though.

Yes it did rain last week, but it has been at least -10c ever since, so they're blasting the guns like it's nobody's business. there's plenty of snow...  the landings are all pretty much shaped on the south, they just need a final groom and to build the take-offs.

my guess is we'll see jumps set-up on the south side within the next week...

there is 3 small jumps on the north and a few boxes/rails set-up... good times

i hate them, when they are on full blast i cant see 4 meters infront of me.

and north side is the park pass side right?

im at tremblant right now, havent even bothered going to the park im pretty sure everything is probably pretty suspect, i think its supposed to snow tonight though?

hope fully, were due for a good snow after that warm weather we had. When you hit the park can you report back here and say how it is.

i doubt i will hit it at all, i tore my acl two seasons ago and now just ride true boot center mounted bridge's ill take a look though when im coming up the north side and report back...

every year my sister goes with her bf over valentine's day weekend and usually get 32 degree bluebird days almost every time they go. sounds like mid feb is the jam at tremblant.

ps i've heard l'petit caribou is the place to go at night if you're old enough to drink (in canada)

probably one of the greatest canadian inventions, makes me proud to be canadian lol. I know im grabbing one when i go.

oh and yea 18 is the legal age in quebec so you can go to bars and shit when you stay there.

^^^ tell me about it. they had a stand years ago at vail and my family and i were so fucking pumped when we saw it, but now i haven't had one in years. a beaver tail at the end of the day after skiing is so legit.

Yo if the north side park is set up, you will have a blast, they set up jumps and some chill ass boxes and rails, FUN TIMES

the north side is actually to intense for me, lol. Like the jumps are way to big for me so i like chillin in the south side. To bad they dont have any park in between to skill level of south and north. it would be perfect for me. not to mention i only go once a year so getting a pass isnt worth it for me.

oh lol, i had them mixed up this wheole time. I always  associated North with more intense because in like hawaii the north shore is the fucking crazy side(surfing) and the south shore is more mellow.

fuck you hawaii, screwing me up like this.

i was up there today. they are doing a final shaping on all the jumps on the south side (big park) and they're gonna set up the rails soon. here's what it looks like for the south side park for now:

HUGE hip, landing left side, huge rail set-up(it's shaped but no rails set-up yet) followed by three jumps the last of which looks like it might be a step-up/over with a LONG landing

honestly it  all looks just very big and I cant wait for them to open  it up!! looks like it might be a few days before its all completed
