Which skis should I buy?

I am a beginner, I'm 5'10", 145lbs and intend to ski mostly park and some all mountain...
The skis need to be pretty decently priced...

Go to a bootfitter.  Get nice boots.

Get some chronics or something.

i would recommend getting line invaders. they are a good park ski that will please anyone from beginner to expert skill level.

yeah start with a good fitting boot,
  and try to have enough money for them where, your not worried about how much your spending.  but keep the boot fitter thinking you have a small budget so they dont sell you 600 $ boots when some 400 $ ones woulda been just as good.
  then i would suggest talkin to a shop about a ski setup if you really dont know what you want and cant narrow it down to a handful of options.

Yeah totally check out the chronics. I'm fairly new to the park, and I just picked up a pair of these. So far they're showing me some nice progress.

I went for the anthems, for a beginner like me I think the perfectly symmetrical ski will serve me well when skiing switch, theyre pretty flexy but still a bit stiffer than invaders from what I hear (mostly cause theyre wider though, I believe, but dont take my word on that) and because theyre wider (93 underfoot, was it?) they should hold up in pow as well...

on that note, I've not been on them yet. sadly.
