Both were started by a bigger company and are dependent on that company.

when you aresponsored by a subdivision of abigger company there is most likely gonna be a  little small print in your contract that says you arenot allowed to  talk shit  on the bigger parent company.

When you see an ad for a zune, doesn't it normally say microsoft zune? When there is an ad for a zune or an article doesn't it normally have microsoft in it? For anon it doesn't have burton right next to it in an article or an ad. It is different. By logical reasoning, bibby, pollar and schiller rode for burton. Burton owns anon, anon sponsors those riders. So, by some account, they rode for Burton.

No, Zune is run by Microsoft, owned by Microsoft.  Zune is nothing but a brand name owned by that company.  Anon is company owned by Burton, not a brand name owned by Burton.  You cannot be sponsored by "Zune," there is no such company, you are sponsored by Microsoft, and they want you to promote the zune.  On the other hand, Anon is a seperate company from Burton that makes its own decisions to some extent, and therefore you can be sponsored by Anon.

saying zune is a company branched out of microsoft is like saying ipod is a company branched out of apple.

Zune is the name of a mp3 player, not a company.

Also Tanner likes his mac but he likes his zune apparently.  Zunes dont even have  a mac application, sadly.  I wish they would just make one for a mac.

Everyone whose saying zune is it's own company like anon is fucking stupid. ZUNE IS JUST THE NAME OF THE MP3 PLAYER, not the company.  Xbox 360 isn't its own company it's just a product microsoft makes like the zune!
