he preaches the truth...i accidentally left my spks in my car over night, and the completely froze so i couldnt even open the liner enough to get them on my feet, so i had to put them under a hair dryer for an hour
def' won't hurt the mold, the material firms up when it gets cold. thats why we use heat to mold them. So if anything heat is going to be what changes the shape. enough heat will melt the liner, more will melt the shell.
and if I do a lot of boot work to a boot I leave it some place cold the next night so the work does not reverse itself.
and if your talking heat moldeble liners (not intuition) then it really does not matter because skiing the boot will do the same as the heat molding.
