AbstractMall is owned and operated by a group of the most creative and self-motivated individuals I have ever had the privilege to meet. They started aM with the sole mission to promote up and coming artists and give lesser-known companies an opportunity to sell their product. AbstractMall constantly updates, re-creates, and refreshes their website providing not only a place to purchase phenomenal products but also place to: listen to music, browse incredible photos, and look up the daily aM happenings.

Unfortunately, technical difficulties do arise. Paypal is temperamental at best and orders do get dropped. Hundreds of emails collect in the general inbox and responding to each one individually may take more than 24 hours. Besides, Blake just finished senior finals at the University of Colorado, was one of 4 artists featured in the Dew Tour art show, worked with Fuel TV to produce a segment about his art, and battled his way out of DIA security to catch a flight home in time for the holidays. To top it all off, he is busy working with Jiberish on designs for 09/10. No system is perfect, we all make mistakes, and aM is no exception.

However, Blake Kimmel and Court Rye, the two individuals at the helm of AbstractMall, are excellent people. They work day and night to increase the quality of the site and will stop at nothing to assist a customer. Thanks for the post, and you guy had acceptional service, I spoke too soon. I just got worried because I have had trouble with getboards and I wasn't sure.  Keep up the good work.

I have dealt with aM numerous times and they are one of the best stores that I have ever ordered from. Every time my order was processed immediately and arrived at my door within the standard shipping time with the correct items.

Nothing can always be perfect. Shoot Blake an email he will definitely right the error.

AbstractMall has been so legit for me. I purchased a hat and other stuff in the past. They both came within 4 days even when i purchased 7/8 day shipping. Plus you can use paypal which is soo quick and easy.

how long did it take aM to ship all of your guys' stuff? i ordered a bunch of jiberish from them last weekend, and my card has been charged, but my stuff still hasnt shipped

Jiberish just gave us refreshed inventory. Even though it says on the product page that the Oh Word is Sold Out in XXL there is actually one left in the shopping cart engine. Given these are hotter than hell right now, I have no doubt it will be gone before I get back from Sushi. Race is on riiiiiiiiiiight.......... MEOW!

That sucks I wanted a black MFG but ordered a grey like two days ago because it wouldn't let me buy a black in XL.  Should have waited the two days lol.
