I get it so hard and so bad. There is like a dent in my shin. and my left shin got cut yesterday from it. I really need some help. I am probably gonna order booster straps but temporarily what can I do?

ICE AND PILLS, i had some super gnarly shinbang a while ago and iced my shins alot and it helped, i also took some pills before i went skiing.
pro bootfitter- to get the right boots, if full tilts are an option, i would recommend getting them
booster straps- for added help
TRAUMEEL- for the pain! pretty much the best stuff ever for bruising and pain (get it at a natural foods store)
