Belanger pipe

In RFA, what is the last trick that Balanger does in the piipe. It is the one where he does it then it rewinds. I can't figure it out. It is awesome though.

Belan is super smoov in the pipe, but I still think it is painful to see people not boosting further out. Trying to be smooth in the pipe doesn't mean that you can't pop. CR, Candide and Simon are getting respectable air. CR said in the last issue of POWDER, that the goal is to boost like the X games with consistency. Shawn White can go 14 feet out consistently every run. CR said 5 out 10 he gets worked. But that's how the progression begins. As for Belan, I know he has it in him to do this in the next couple of years as well, because he is one of the best pipe skiers in the world. I would just personally like to see him boost even more. The smooth factor will follow. We're cheering you dawg.

if you listen to the commentary during his section they explain that the pipe actually has pretty small walls so that obviously is a significant reason he's not going bigger out of the pipe. also, he was recovering from injuries too.

I was thinking the trick was an alley oop 5, but I may be wrong and it could be a 9, I'll have to watch it again.

the first alleyoop air in that segment was pretty respectable, especially for walls that short, and probably slushy and slow for late spring
