Your talking about switch ups? Start the rotation with your arms and shoulders like you were going to spin. Do it to set up for the switch up. Then pop and turn your feet to finish the switch up. Visualize the spot where you are going to do your trick and lead the rotation with your head. Trick Tip Cult would help. Good Luck!
