do it like tanner. wide stance, hands by your feet, and go kill it. when you approach the rail, i'm sure it has a jump in front of it, do your most stable 90 degree pop, land rail under foot, and just keep your hands low. you just have to do this as many times as possible and you will get the hang of it. eventually.

approach the rail with a wide stance, pop 90 degrees, land underfoot with hands low and knee's bent and keep that wide stance, stare at the end of the rail( keeps you goin in a straight line)
