Skis found at squaw

yesterday (december 28th) driving out of squaw valley i picked up a pair of skis that were laying in the middle of the road. they must have fallen off the ski rack or something, but im sure the owner wants them back. if you know who they might belong to shoot me a pm, and we can get the skis back to their owner.

probably wont get anything but just thought i would give it a shot.

if he tells you what kind they are then someone is just going to claim them. If someone lost them they will know and be able to tell this guy what kind of skis they are. Therefore determining the actual owner

He shouldn't say what kind of skis it is. If the owner contacts him, he can ask what kind of skis it is.

He could always quiz them on the bindings.

I just was thinking that if they are a pair of tigersharks, I don't think they are an NSers

true, im still curious to what ski's they are. And yea quizing them on bindings and/ or stickers on the ski would be a good way of telling if someone is legit.

yeah im not going to name the skis, because it would be to easy, but i will say they are skis for smaller people. i seriously doubt they are a NSers ski, but thought i would post anyways incase they belong to a younger sibling.

i cross posted on TGR and craigslist tahoe/reno so hopefully someone sees it

Contact Squaw about it too. I know if I lost some skis that's probably the first thing I would do, check with the mountain.

thats really good of you man.

heres a question, what if you found a sick pair of skis, something an NSer would use that are like top of the line, amazing. would you do this or just keep em? be honest

anyone who would keep them is a fuckin dick. especially if they were some really sick skis, that means somebody spent a lot of money on them, i'd be trying to find that person for a long long time before i gave up and just kept them.

yeah i totally would, i would hate to loose my lizzies off the top of my car... it would be the worst feeling ever

i dont think i could ride skis knowing that they were obtained so dishonestly, even if i did find them (plus my friends would give me massive shit haha)
