Replying to Ep pro, powder ski help

so i searchbared about them and foound some good stuff but nothing about opinions of people around my size so thats why i need help... i'm 5'7'' and around 140 lbs and i want a powder ski that really playfull and soft, and i knwo that the ep pros are for that but i'm a little bit worried about the size of 185 cm is it too long?? should i go with hellbents or bibbys at 179 even if they are stiffer?? please help i'm going to tahoe in 10 days and i want to buy the skis overthere cause here in Chile they would be at least 1000 dollars the hellbents and no way to get ep pros or bibbys so...thanks in advance!!
