ok so here is the deal

someone has found out the password to my msn account, changed my password so i cant access it, and changed my secret question so i cant even go change my password back.

i have no idea who it is and it has been like that for about a week.

this person has been reading my email, talking to my contacts on msn, moving money around in my bank accounts and all around just been a dick.

does anyone have any idea how i can find out who it is, or contact msn somehow to have them straigten out the problem.

its just a fahken pain in the ass cause i dont have access to any emails and cant get work schedules or ebay questions etc.

any help would be great

umm you first wanna call the bank and tell them to delete your online account for now or atleast see if you can get them to change the pass. see if the bank will trace the IP that keeps accessing your account and then u might be able to find out who it is. im pretty sure the bank will do it because its probably a federal offence and shit. as for msn, just contact them and get the shit changed.

ya i already contacted the bank

he is only moving money around withen my own account.

like from my visa to my student line of credit or chequeings account etc, so im not losing any cash.

but is there anyway i can get a program for a ip trace, or have msn do it?

i really just want to know who it is so i can kick em in the nuts

Dude just contact MSN. I almost got in trouble a while back for e-mail intrusion (kinda bullshit because I was given a password by someone who doesn't have a computer to check his gf's account, so it was supposedly ok). The server logs all of the log ins with an IP. They had all the logs on me. MSN will take this very seriously. So just call the help line, or whatever number you can find, and they should eventually get you to who you need to talk to. The professionals can handle this very quickly, and the person will end up in a shitload of trouble.

timber how the hell can he get the IP address if he is locked outta his account? he has no way of getting the ip unless he calls msn or the bank.

they will be able to tell who is logging into my account?

call msn.... if he's screwing with your money, i can almost guarentee that it's a federal offence. you can agree to drop charges if you know who it is.... (i'm pretty sure on that one.) calling MSN is the way to go.

i have found lots of different email address and have send a email to almost all of them
