Holy shit sooo much powder.. i was up to waist high powder on that roped off trail under the gondola.... I was a little dissapointed in the park, but shit I def wasn't there to ride the park yesterday... anyone else go?

went to killington on sun. and it was just as sick.. SO MUCH POWDER!!!!! waist deep in spots that were fresh. best day out yet..cant wait for more powder days

i was there 179 PE's yellow jacket..i was with pat up there for a while but the pow was def great waist deep in spots...only prob the trail was closed and the patrollers didnt want us there...great run with lots of kickers....we just had to poach it

I had to work for most of sunday, but i got out for about an hour, ripped some lines over by the kittybrook/sunbowl area that were still untouched in the afternoon. It was pretty sick, even will the hele boards.

yea, it was deffinitly one of the better early season days, just to bad that no where in the east has terrian that is optimal for that much snow. when you get 2+ foot dumps, you really need steep shit to ski, while stratton does have some steep trails, there not consitant all the way down the hill. Like over neer the sunbowl area there is a trail called upper-downeaster, which is a short steep trail, but with the amount of snow that was on it you really couldnet make that great of turns.

Yeah, we were riding the trail under the gondola that were roped off... Im not to famliar with stratton, but hopefully I will be by the end of this year. Anyways, that trail wasn't to steep at all, I mean it had some spots, but then it would break off into a huge dip and go uphill and i ended up taking some face plants cause of the steepness, then going up hill so quick... other then that though it was a real good times. I will have to ski with someone who knows the ins and outs so i can figure everything out....

haha ya that rainbow box was like set up for boarders..... downhill then the box was just there... u had to seriously like butter onto it.... i didnt wanna end my season early haha im a puss

Yea, it was like 3 feet of powder everywhere. It was an incredible day.
