Replying to So i have a question...

and forgive me if its real n00b but i watched one of my all time favourite ski films again last night, Aspen Extreme, and i realised i've never really questioned the whole 'out-of-bounds' thing. I know the film is pretty old but im assuming the law that says going out-of-bounds is illegal has changed in America right? as far as im aware we've never had the law in europe. i was just wondering what the deal is these days? is it different depending on which state your in? is aspen still chasing guys who go off piste?
