I just had an Earthquake

We were all sitting around  when we just got a rumble and you could hear it- lights shook and windows- called 911 and they said tons of people are calling in- Its in York PA

Yeah they have to send cops now because we called - windows shook- sounded like truck constantly going by 10 seconds

Why did you call the cop when you were all alright, wtf? Remember people in a major earthquake if your all good DONT call the cops, theirs going to be REAL emergancies for them to deal with, and by you calling just to make sure it was an earthquake takes up their response time to an emergancy where someones life could be in danger.

it's funny how most people (including me) initally think of some big ass truck or something when an earthquake starts up. I thought sitting through seattle's 6.8 in '01 was badass, and I thought it was also a big truck or some fat person jumping on the roof, but that changed

but calling the police? really a need for that?
