Replying to Phone went through wash, help with warranty stuff

ok, so i have a blackjack 2, and it went through the wash. the screen is all beat up and stuff now, but i got the water out by putting it in a bag of rice. the only noticeable water now is a little bit inbetween the screens when you have the phone on. the little water damage indicator sticker is white though, so should i send the phone in now on warranty? or should i put it back in the rice and see if i can get the water inbetween the screens out
