Replying to Foot in Mouth Award

hey I saw this a while ago on Yahoo. There is a group of English professors from England who award the most absurd comment made by a person in public office.

Donald Rumsfield won this year's for this comment.

'Reports that say something hasn't happened are always interesting to me, because as we know, there are known knowns; there are things we know we know,' Rumsfeld told a news briefing.

'We also know there are known unknowns; that is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns -- the ones we don't know we don't know.'

the runner up was a certain California Governor named Arnold for this comment
