This is from another thread, and should address most of your questions and concerns:
Today is Wednesday, December 17. In the last week we have extended our shipping date from December 15 to a week later. We received an official report that our product will clear customs in Seattle and arrive to us between December 23rd and 25th. We will ship every order via Fed Ex the day we receive our product, so domestic orders will ship 2-4 business days and international orders will arrive 6-10 business days (customs in an unavoidable process we must go through). Rest assured our owners will be working through the holiday time without break, forgoing time with friends and families to get your gear to you as fast as we can.
Please understand that as a new business in a competitive industry, Saga is still working out a few kinks. Our line this year will far exceed our previous products, and we truly appreciate our customers’ patience and positive responses to our product. We truly believe the quality, fit, and style of our Anomie line will make up for the few hiccups Saga has encountered through our existence.
We appreciate the relationship we have built with many customers and appreciate any input you give. Without your support and patience we would not be where we are today.
If anyone has concerns or just wants to vent your frustration send us an email and we will give you an honest answer. Again, we realize the tardiness is frustrating, but we promise we are doing everything we can to get your order shipped as fast as we can. If one more week is too long to wait, or your final straw, please don’t hesitate to ask for your full refund.
On a different note, we are excited to mention one of our owners has been in China for the past few weeks working closely with our factory to ensure quality and timeliness of our product. China is a beautiful country, and his time over there has proved invaluable to Saga. We were excited to find Saga Outerwear is not only built in a facility that takes great pride in their production but provides better working conditions than many places in the United States.
We appreciate all of your patience and we will do everything possible to keep your continued support.
Best,
Saga Outerwear
If waiting a few more days for your much-anticipated outerwear is giving you too much of a head-ache, then simply ask for a refund. It is my understanding that people who pre-ordered and don't want to wait a couple more days can call/email to get a full refund.
IMO though, I think the wait will be well worth it. The quality is a step up from last years, and the fit is even better than the previous line.
If you can, be patient, and if you really are that frustrated, maybe you should get a job with Fed Ex and ensure this sort of thing wont happen to others in the future.
Now go ski, its snowing everywhere
