I've had these marker bindings (I don't know the name off the top of my head but they look alot like the twin cams this year without the plate underneath) for a couple years now and so far i've had to replace the brakes 4-5 times . They keep telling me it's from busting out of the ski landing switch but I think out of all my friends that ski, maybe one(and I'm not even sure if I'm making it up) has had the same problem. It makes sense all my weight on the ski and the breaks coming down has I break out, catch the snow and flip under the ski causing them to break off. And really I don't go huge, The first time I'll let it slide cause I was hitting a 35-30ft table but the other times were throwing 1's over my backyard rail. that is about a foot and a half off the ground.
Anyone else had this problem, I really don't want this to happen on this new pair.
And I know there's been quite some hate on the Marker griffons but I get a good deal on them through the ski shop I work at. But has this happend to anyone with Griffs?
