that sounded like great advice.
Just look over your shoulder man, also flew your adds when you spin. TJ and Jon recommend it or something. Supposidly it helps connect the legs and the upper body or something.
and as for spinning 900 on the ground, honestly just jump and spin. it gets easier the more you do it. Last year i could barely spin a 5 on the floor now i can do a 720. All i did was in my basement while i was waiting for a vid to load or for no reason at all i would just get up and try to see how much i could spin.
I suggest watching Henrik's JOSS edit, he really has jumping technique nailed. Watch how he pops, gets his air sense, then sets his rotation and speeds up, not slows down. Its all about the pop and then setting, and if you get a good symmetrical body position after you set, then you'll spin really nice. Remember you should be seeing the horizon. Don't huck, that just screws over your technique. You should never have to huck stuff, if it isn't controlled then don't do it, you're just making things worse. However, don't think that because you can't do a 3 correctly on a 5 footer you should move to a 15. You should be able to get 3s off anything larger than 6 inches controlled if you know what you're doing.
