mounting P10's to Mad Trix

I have the 2003 Mad Trix that has had the system removed and the holes filled...I don't think that the recommended mounting postion is valid anymore since the plate has been removed(and the binding would be mounted pretty far back). It does not have the 'choose your tip' picture on it. I want to ride back country and maybe 40% park...where should I mount my bindings and where should I measure from? thanks

if u look at the side of u ski, u will c something like @3.5/'triangle mark' thingy.
that is where ur missing big mountain sticker arrow is pointing at. i mounted mine 3cm ahead from that pt. not sure if it makes sense to u.

mount them with glue, then you dont have to worry about filled hole or drilling

Ya mine aren't centered and they work fine. Mount them Big Mtn and let me know how it works.

big mountain recomended position? that'd be too far back for park wouldn't it? keep in mind I'm not gonna spend every second at the hill in the park though..but I want to find where the place to mount it would be to keep the ski fairly versatile..

seriously, big mountain +3
if you look at any normal ski, the front is almost always wider then the tail, so it makes sense to mount them big mountain (wider tip) forward. the +3 compansates for park

ya big mountain +3 might work alright...good for park too? that's where I might end up mounting unless anyone has reason against it
