Skullcandy Warranty Question

I have Skullcandy skullcrushers and hesh. Both are broken righ tat the extension arms, but only the skullcrushers have an actual audio problem. If I send them both in under a manufacturers audio fault, will they send me new sets?

If you regestered them both, I beleive they will

They have a really good warranty program on their stuff.

They basically warranty any of there products if they are broken at all. It's dope.

I get the part where basically all the headphones are covered, but I wanted to know if I could get brand new headphones, even though the problems are mostly physical. I am just wondering if anybody else has sent in a physically broken pair under audio malfunctions, and gotten a new pair.

Please read my post again. They will give you a new pair, they aren't just going to glue the broken parts your old pair and send them back.

i got my FMJ's warrantied and it has been almost 3 months and i have still recieved nothing.

i dont know about the US but their warranty service in Canada sucks major ass. they handle it through the canadian distributor, Precor. you are supposed to send them your info, and they are supposed to send you a special code in "1 or 2 days", which you use to send your headphones in for replacement. i have sent the information twice, all correct, and after 6 weeks i got an email saying "no we didnt forget about you, we are just very busy and will get to your request very soon." it has been about 3 months since that last email and ive heard nothing from them since.

same thing happened with my lowriders, they broke where the adjusters are on one side when i went to put them on, im in the middle of getting them warrantied right now

Anyone know where to find model number for Lowriders? Is it a unique # for every single pair of lowriders or is there a number for all lowriders?
