PX 12 Jib vs Ti

is it worth spending the extra 30 dollars to get the Ti vs just the regular PX 12 Jib?

Not that I'm aware of. Jib's are quite nice. A little stiff feeling at first but after a few days they are awesome. I have them on my Octolands.

TIs have more metal and less plastic and therefore will break less often.

correct. absolutely worth it. i don't think either of them have the wormscrew heel though, so i'd opt for the rossi SAS 120, or the px14 if you're heavy/strong enough for it.
