i have absolutely nothing again tom at all, i meet the guy in hood, one of the nicest coolest guys to be in the skiing sense. BUT i hate seeing kids at the local mountains dressing the same way he does, the level one hoodies and the spy goggles and amplive skis. i mean you can idolize someone, but when you look like someone like tom i think you should back it up with some good skiing unlike what ive seen!  I think if you have your own style and your alright at skiing people will repesct you. and to who ever i offended with this forum, im not to sorry but its better then acting like something your not..

actually i like to wear tall tees and my jacket is tan and brown like toms last suit and people at my mountain call me t-wall.i didnt really plan on looking like tom but i guess i do.and my skiing can kinda back itself up,im not terrible

Haha, it's my first year and I dress super fucking baggy. It's just a style and makes your tricks look a lot better. You can land something super fucking sketchy but just ride away like a fucking thug and it just ends up looking steezy. You can't do that in something tight. But I'm not saying dress a certain way. People worry waaaayyy too much about how they look, and even more about how others look.

no dude i totaly agree, like its so annoying seeing some kids with the exact same shit as guys like tom hornbeck or henrik. I totaly dig their style dont get me wrong, its just kids need to get more creative when they start dressing like that. It makes skiing look like a bunch of mindless drones that follow so and so. If you wanna have g steeze go down to your local ghetto and buy some tall ass shit, but then again im not gonna try and stop you from dressing like some one else. Whatever floats your boat I guess and its good for the ski companies like jibberish and level 1 etc when you have a bunch of kids throwing stacks down to get the shirt they saw a pro wearing in some edit so i guess in the long run it does help skiing but still.

Everyone on NS owns clothing from ski companies because we support the industry and pump money back into it because we love it. Obviously a lot of us are gonna be wearing the same things on the hill. tom is a kid in college like the rest of us, who happens to be a sick skier. these endless threads about anything remotely related to him is getting old. lets start threads on his tricks, injuries, etc. not about where he got a taco on tuesday or whether or not he showered before or after he took a shit, because shitting right after showering is disgusting and tom would never do that.

sorry to be a downer, and call me jealous, its just that i wonder what he thinks when he reads all this...
