Replying to Pressured shoulder pads for shoulder problems

Hey NS I was wondering if anyone knows anything about these special shoulder pads that keep pressure on your shoulders. I have loose shoulder syndrom (if I extend my arms in a akward position my shoulder slips out of the socket). I herd this physical therapy place near Rutland VT makes these special shoulder pads that attach across the chest and greatly reduce the chances of dislocation.
