Have you ridden on the Larose? One of the best park skis I've ever been on. And I have heard nothing but great reviews about the Helix.

However, Liberty a few years ago, I would have to agree. The KGB was a terrible ski. They have revamped their entire line though, and they are completely different from what they used to be.

Weird? Liberty made my Hazmats and the word "shitty" has never been an adjective associated with them.

They came out with a bad batch of skis in their early years. I wasn't a fan either. Since then they've completely turned things around and I couldn't be happier with my Hazmats.

Ehhhh... the bases were pretty soft, the topsheet chipped like it was made to, and the edges did a lot of crack cracking. Great skis, super fun, but they had their durability issues as well. Armadas since about 05 have been much much burlier.
