sort of. picture a backflip, but horizontal. or a lincoln. or you can do them reverse which are front flips

in the pipe it is basically a 180 to lincoln loop
go to skiingmotion.com and look at some of the footage. that could help too

i still dont know 'what' they are, i do know they feel and look like but i dont understand them, apparently i can do them tho. i was doing flares and decided to spice things up and people told me i was doing flat spins. i still havent seen vid yet so i cant be sure. i know they feel like a backflip on your side. tanner hall does them well.
