yeah it's going to be very hard to teach three or four year olds anything past that. and they are going to have bad posture because their head is too big for their body still so they're going to stick their butt out like no tomorrow. let them do that because that's just how they balance themselves at that age. i just tell them to keep their hands on their knees so their little arms arent flying everywhere. i've taught quite a few babies and pizza and french fries is all i got outta them but once in a while i can get them to turn by playing games. games are def key so they wont get bored with all the learning stuff. a lot of follow the leader, simon says, or keep on the train tracks. stupid stuff like that. and if they don't really know you they're gonna want their moms or dads alott and that distracts them from actually skiing.
last thing, they will try to copy everything you do. i was backwards watching this little 5 year old ski down the hill and she turned herself around and skiied switch down the bunny hill hahah. so try and keep the bad habits away. they will hold their poles like you do, slouch like you do, wipe their eyes if you wipe yours lol
