Replying to Paging dr ns.........
so my knee is a lil tweaked, to be more specific right under the kneecap, now its not unde the kneecap like the joint, its the tendon/muscle/ligament (not sure exactly what it is) that runs up the leg paralel to the shin, basically what the problem is that after like running up stairs, hard landings skiing, or just having it immobile for long periods of time it stiffens up and i feel pressure, it dosent really hurt it is just annoying, it goes away if i walk it off for a couple of minutes, i dont feel it while im skiing just like after or if i stop for a few minutes. It started 4 days ago when i woke up, and then it went away during the day, then it came back after skiing, its a lil better now cause i dont feel it when i wake up or as often, but when it comes back its worse as in more stiff/pressure
so is this something i should be concered or go in about, i leave for PC in 5 days and im just wondering if this will work itself out by then
