Is this binding Warranty-able???Salomon z10 ti

So it looks like the rail on these salomon z 10's sheared off and is completely un fixable, will salomon warranty this, and does anyone have their contact info?

that is a super common problem with salomon bindings. your local shop may have a replacement plate, but if not, call salomon at 1-800-654-2668 for a replacement

oh cool, its not really the plate that needs to be replaced its like the whole heel piece
