What Do You Say When Caught Ducking Rope?

Powder only on closed trail, ducked a rope, had a lot of fun
ski patrol was waiting at bottom of the trail. i got a warning no ticket pulled got lucky
so what is the best thing to say to patrol when caught
i just said "sorry it will never happen again"

i wouldn't go ducking ropes out west, that can literally get you killed. but as far as east coast stuff goes. deny it till the end. you went through the trees

i got my pass pulled yesterday for going down a half lit trail
night manager found me and just decides to take my pass
i asked if i get a warning cluz it happened to me last year
nope he just takes my pass
so i swear at him and leave
right after me a kid does the same thing and runs from the guy
he hells at him but he gets away with it
i go back to the night manager and give him a mouthful of swears again
so i got my pass pulled for a week
jiminy peak can suck one

if you're fluent in another language, start speaking in that language and they'll (hopefully) be lost. i got in shit once from patrol, started speaking polish and it turns out the patroller was polish :(

I just tell them that i was skiing in the woods and i ended up on the trail and that i will be more careful next time. I have been caught twice and each time it has worked.
