yeah thats pretty much like the freestyle team at our local hill. basically we created our own freeride team to keep it fresh. we just go off on our own in the bc building hits and sessioning the park. and jib rallys at night. I find the 'free'style team too structured for my liking. But if you like your team and want to continue with it then try to get them to get more into the newschool aspect. a whole team of freestylers talking to resort management would do wonders, youd be surprised what they will do if you get the whole team talking to them about a park or some jumps. ya i dont think any of us are competeing so we can focus on newschool... freestyles got jumps, so sometimes it can be really sweet, but ya need somewhere else besides a damn mogul lane to practice on where patrol wont rip it down

just talk 2 your mtn. see what they can do for you. If they say no sorry we cant build any jumps or rails i guess u have to BC it or go to a diff mtn.
